Ben was efficient/fast, very nice and professional, and explained everything. Great experience. Some months ago I called one of the locksmith numbers that came up with a Google search. I reached a call center located who knows where (not local), and they sent me someone who charged me over $1,000 after the fact for a simple job. Rueschhoff was a dream in comparison to that experience, and I would recommend them any time. Whatever you do, don’t call those numbers that pull up with a search and don’t have a local website. They are not local and there is a high likelihood they will be unscrupulous.

I purchased a Toyota Tacoma with a camper shell, but unfortunately the dealer couldn't (or wouldn't) get keys for the back hatch. I've had great customer service at Rueschoff's, and this experience was no exception. Employee Conner Berry through his skill and trial and error was able to figure out the correct key for the hatch lock. The hatch lock gave little information, and there was no identification on the brand name of the shell. I really appreciated his friendly manner, especially since I showed up 30 minutes from closing time. I highly recommend Conner and Rueschoff's.

This is the second time I needed a key made from a bent flip key for my car. They are the only ones who could take a worn key and make one that works GREAT! Such a relief to be able to start car!! The person making it said it was so worn he couldn’t get an accurate code but he was diligent. He made two to try and one was perfect. We didn’t have the car with us because we couldn’t start it and it was at an auto shop, and he wanted us to be able to drive it. Thank you!!
