Called Smiley locksmith to replace a key and keypad lock recently. Douglas is the name of the technician sent to do the job. I truly thought we would be there for a while in order to get the job done properly. Douglas went ahead and explained everything to me as he was working. He completed the job in less than half of the time I thought that he would and explained everything to me ,gave me an affordable price to match the service .
