FANTASTIC.... I have used these guys for many, many years and their customer service, professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, in home service, and PRICING just absolutely can't be beat. If you are going to ANY other locksmith, you are not getting the best deal from the most knowledgeable guys.

Can't say enough good ... I had an old 30 year old mortise lock on my front door that broke and I could not find a replacement that fit, it was too difficult to fill in the huge cut out to use more modern locks, and I thought I would need to buy a new door! They repaired that old lock like new (actually better than new), re-keyed everything so we can use just one key, and reinstalled the now functional mortise lock perfectly. $160 versus $4,000 quoted for a new door!!

They are very polite, upfront and efficient. I came in with a key fob with no buttons. They allowed me to bring in a keyfob that I bought online and they programmed it and cut it for me..very professional. They have lots of business. People seem to be coming into the store every 3 or 4 minutes...and you still get fast service. I did price comparisons with at least 10 other surrounding locksmiths...best price. I went into 2 stores .. Southgate lock and security have the best customer service
