I called for help after being locked out because of a seized lock. A technician met me at home, assessed the situation, and was able to replace my lock set with a new one adjusted so I can use my existing key. Friendly and professional from my first call to saying thanks for the help. I know where to call if I need help again!

Battery died on 2011 charger so keyless entry wouldnt work. The exsisting spare key wouldnt turn the lock. AJ was the smith that arrived and had the vehichle opened within minutes. He was also able to the free the stuck lock and now the key works on the car as well. He didnt stop there, he also helped troubleshoot why the keyless wouldnt work. He tested the alternator to make sure that it was just the battery that died and not a faulty alternator. He also helped jump the vehicle to get it started again. Thank you so much AJ!
