I had to have the exterior locks on my new house re-keyed. The locksmith was very helpful, friendly, and honest. He pointed out a cheaper way to do the re-keying that I would not have known had he not mentioned it. Saved me some money, the total cost was very reasonable, and he had it done with 30-40 minutes. I would definitely recommend.

Serious company. The technician Russ is great. Pricey but quality work. And good service and they stand by their work. There was a glitch with a lock repair and they came out and fixed everything to perfection. No additional charge. Good company that we’ve used over the past several years. Good people.

Sweet Salvific Jesus Lord God Almighty Savior God, getting a key made these days is such a hassle, and such a rip-off; I went to five different hardware stores in 4 towns and probably spent altogether over 6 hours being told in increasingly technical language that my need for a valet transponder key for a particular year of Honda Odyssey was essentially impossible to fill with the technology available to us in the year of Our Lord 2026; that the only option for me was to go to the dealership and pay well in excess of $250 just to be able to use the car that I already own. Almost as an afterthought, one of the Founding Fathers at Ace Hardware in Ellisville mentioned offhandedly that if I didn't want to have to pay 250% of what they charge anywhere else, I should check out this company, Sure Lock & Key. After I had already reached my wit's end, and torn all of the hair out of my head, I sure am glad that I finally came here. Next time, I will come here first. The gentleman on the phone gave me all the information that I needed, and within less than an hour and a half from that time I had two new keys, and for roughly 35% of what the dealership was likely to have charged me. It hardly took even 20 minutes, and Kyle had everything figured out for me.
