My battery died in my car while I was taking my child to a doctor's appointment in Metairie. We are not from the area so I didn't know who to call for help. The hospital security was contacted and they gave me a number to a company to assist. That company wanted payment by phone prior to providing service. I asked if I could pay when they got there instead and they agreed. Told me they would send someone out within an hour. An hour and and a half later. That company wouldn't answer my calls. My husband was at home and started calling places to try to help. By this time, we had been at the hospital 2 hours from home for over 6 hours and were more than ready to be home. Mr Allen and Miss Lilly showed up promptly to jump my car and get us on our way. Mr Allen was friendly, professional and showed true concern for our well being. Trulox number will be stored in my phone for any needs in the future. They are #1 in my book. Thank you so much for coming to our rescue.

I called to get one door opened. When Allen arrived I had found my key, so I asked about changing all the locks on my building so we could have just one key that would open all the doors. I thought he would have to come back to do the job. Nope, he was able to get it done on all 9 doors! I was super happy. Thanks for a job well done.
My lock for my store broke in the middle of the day and I thought I would have to wait forever! I called and they immediately sent someone! Super fast getting here and was extremely kind and respectful. Changed everything out quick and easy all while having a good attitude. Highly recommend. Especially for business owners because it was good pricing!
