Great experience! I was skeptical at the beginning because it was my first time doing something like this. I had nothing to worry about, it was easy and Owen was very flexible. He came to my job and completed the work in 40mins while I was working. The quote I received over the phone was the same I paid in person after the job was completed. I got an original (not universal) keyfob at more than half the price that the dealership quoted me. Owen was very professional, helpful and honest which is greatly appreciated it. Man let me tell yall so I been gone for 6 months in Africa my smart door lock batteries went dead. First I called pro locksmith it took them 2 hours to arrive when the tech get there from pro locksmith he said he couldn’t do it the he said 300.00 to remove it. So I went back on google and found universal Locksmith LLC he got there in less than 20 minutes. Did the job in less than five minutes And only charge not even half of $300. I recommend this company to anyone that needs a lockout service on your house or your condo or your apartment or your car. My partner and I were stranded in Orlando because we lost our car keys. These guys came quick and really saved our butts. Making a copy of the keys wasn’t easy so they got another guy even though this guys wife was giving birth! He came all the way cause he knew we were stranded.
