Why 3 stars ? Because the service. Yes, they made a key copy for me pretty quickly. But when I asked ,,Why do u charge $45 for one key? ,, , they answer ,,Because we just buy this new machine and we need to make money back,,. Lol.
They don't pay attention on a clients. They don't know how to properly talk to the clients.
Honestly, it could be more professional.

Experienced service at a great price. Mom and pop shop that does great work. Will definitely be doing business again. Only issue is they default to giving key copies engraved with their business info. I would have liked that they would let customers know beforehand in case they don't like it.

Called for a quote on a lost Honda key and the girl told me $150, later on she called me back saying she wasn’t going to be able to do it because she wasn’t in the area and she only had a $250 key and she ran out of the cheaper one. Then she sent a guy to do my key and I asked him what the difference was from the keys and he said that there’s only one key for that car and it cost the same, which I already knew also so I just got confirmation. She basically sent the guy to do the key for me and charged me an extra $100 for herself since she wasn’t going to be able to do it. She over charges at times to different people. From my experience and friends. Women just can’t seem to do the job RIGHT and HONESTLY. But if the shoe was on the other foot… lol… first and last time I use them. Nothing cheap and honest about them.
