Awesome support! Our locksmith was named Steve. He was amazing with his attention to detail, and his enthusiasm for his work and getting it done correctly. Really appreciate his work. He fixed our vestigial problems with the locks loosening. Really thankful.
Amazing service, I cannot thank you enough! My daughter was "stranded" with a broken key and couldn't get her car started. He was friendly, informative, and got the job done quick!
Kevin got me back into my house and then installed a new deadbolt and bottom lock. He was extremely professional and polite, straightforward, clear and worked efficiently. He was also very neat. He kept me abreast of his timings and called when he said he would which enabled me to get out of the cold and get coffee. He was respectful of the home. Kevin also listened & took onboard an unrelated concern I had had with the previous lock and the new ones he installed remediated it. I would definitely use this company again… although I hope I won’t need to! :)
