They seem like good folks who just don't have it together.

Put in an order for an electronic lock install and tumbler change out for a new property and was told the part would be ordered and that they would schedule for early the following week, after the part arrived. Next week arrived and no call from them so I gave Jason a call back. At first he acted like he remembered the order but proceeded to see it would be next week at the earliest for someone to come out. I reminded him that he told me otherwise when I put in the order. He then put me on hold while he went to look up my order. During which he asked me to call back as the connection was poor.

I called back and he found the order and admitted he said they'd make it out early next week so he was going to see what he could do when he talked to Glen. So he put me back on hold to transfer me. After about 2 minutes or so the call dropped. Soooo I called back and Jason picked up, immediately telling me he was transferring me to Glen, he knew who was calling back.

So I'm now talking to Glen who says they are scheduling out to next week... I tell him, that isn't what Jason just told me. No response, so I just tell him I can go somewhere else, to which he replies "Go right ahead".

So ya that's my experience.... In all honesty my previous calls with Jason where great, knew the inventory and help me figure out what I wanted. Just a shame about setting expectations that aren't kept. Maybe just a bad day, or maybe I'm being an ass and don't realize it...

Really all I wanted was the job done when they said it'd be done.

Thank you, Burdick's! In a spectacular fete, I locked TWO sets of keys inside my running car last week. AAA helped me out and then I drove straight to you to get a third set to keep somewhere safe. Ha. It was quick, a few minutes for a new key. A fair price and the worker was sweet enough to watch out the window to see if it worked while I tried it out. It did! First try. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.

Tim came out and rescued us on a weekend evening after a power outage when our aging alarm started blaring and wouldn't turn off. Service above and beyond the call of duty! More recently, Glen helped us figure out what type of keyless lock would work best for us and came and installed it. We've also had them re-key locks and make replacement keys. We've had entirely positive experiences with this local, family-run company.

Tim and Matthew have continued to be professional, reliable, and prompt in my ongoing security needs. I appreciate their willingness to quickly diagnose issues and communicate in a way that makes it easy to understand. Would absolutely recommend them!
