Kent’s Lock and Safe

The team at this location, a group of U.S. Military Veterans, assisted me with getting a lockbox open. Their attitude, demeanor, willingness to work with me on a tight time-line, and their prices were phenomenal! As I am not from the local area I likely won't get to use them again but I highly recommend you do!

Amazing service. I got locked out from not 1, but 2 of our safes. I have been dealing with the manufacture for over a year with no avail. 1 phone call, and 1 email with pictures later, and I’m in both. Chris, my service technician literally had one opened in less than 30 seconds. I figured he’d have to drill out the current lock; nope. Not only was nothing damaged or ruined in the process, he fixed the issue we’ve been having for so long. And to top it all off - Same Day Service! Trust me when I say, their numbers are now in my contact list and I will be recommending them out.

I think his name was Chris. My safe was locked shut from me. Digital!! Go figure. Anyway, Chris got into it in a bout half an hour. Drilled 3 holes. Kool as hell. Then charged me lunch money because I was a Vet. I paid him double. Goin there today to buy another safe. Got the other at Sam’s Club. Lesson learned. Great experience!
