MacArthur lock did a fantastic job on a thorny hinge problem on my massive front door that the previous locksmith couldn’t fix. The tech was on time and very smart and knowledgeable. He showed me how to fix another door handle myself on a room door so I wouldn’t have to call if it happened again.
MacArthur Locks and Doors is the only locksmith I trust in the DMV! I had an Anderson 3-point lock system that was jammed up and Lewis was able to schedule me in quickly and repair the lock in under an hour. Repairing these complicated 3-point lock systems are one of their specialties. He gave me a call with his ETA, he was honest about the potential issue before he started the work and gave me some pointers on how to keep it in good shape for the future. I will absolutely call them again for any lock issues I have down the road. Highly recommend this company!
I was locked out of my car, and a neighbor who works for McArthur Locks and dors came to the rescue. The service was outstanding. The technician was friendly, professional, and quickly resolved the issue. The repair was completed faster than I expected, and I made it to work on time. He made my day! Truly amazing service!
