Brought in a car door handle that is now almost 60 years old for a car project that I needed a key made for. Then gentlemen that work here had a look at the lock pins and hand cut me 2 keys to fit the door lock. If that is not craftsmanship I don't know what it. Fantastic job and can't recommend them enough. These guys know what they are doing.

Great service. Was able to open my safe since it was malfunction and was very honest about it and didn't overcharge me. The only complaint I had was that the rep was going to give me a price on a safe that was there, and I guess he was having computer issues with locating the price. He even called his sister store to get some information and was going to email me pricing for the next order, but 2 weeks later, I still haven't gotten a phone call or email for the quote.

The night before I was scheduled to leave for South America, my safe’s digital keypad suddenly died. I swapped in fresh batteries, but it was completely unresponsive. Inside were my passport and visas—and with a nonrefundable flight the next morning, panic set in.

I started calling around, and even though it was late, Tony personally responded to my message with a text. We arranged for him to come first thing the next morning at 6:30 AM. He showed up exactly on time, was professional from the moment he arrived, and in just 30–40 minutes he had the safe open, the lock replaced with an upgraded model, and everything put back together.

What impressed me even more was the attention to detail. He lubricated the mechanism so the safe now operates more smoothly than it ever has, and he made sure to clean up his workspace so well you wouldn’t even know he had been there.

Thanks to Tony, I was able to make my flight with my passport in hand. If that’s not world-class customer service, I don’t know what is. I highly recommend Saylors Safe and Lock for anyone needing reliable, professional, and top-quality safe service.
