Yankee’s Locksmith

My car key/key fob was broken and caused me to get locked out of my car; at the last minute, I contacted Yankee's Locksmith and he provided excellent customer service immediately! He gave me an ETA to the location, contacted me again when he arrived, helped me to park in busy traffic and then told me to relax in the comfort of his car or my car while I waited on him to cut my key. He explained every step of the process and he quickly provided me a brand new, sturdy car key/key fob and sent me on my way. I appreciate his fast service and expertise!

I had the pleasure of working with Yankees locksmith twice for tenant issues. I did a walk-in the the storefront and was directed to reach out to the gentleman's brother Mohamed. I had an issue with a padlock and Mohamed was able to come by and get it resolved. He was very polite and was able to provide receipt.

On the second occasion I needed locks changed at a very specific timing early in the morning. I scheduled with Mohamed ahead of time. During the morning of the event I called 10 minutes before our scheduled time and he told me he was already there. I look out the window and there he is. He got the locks changed for me quickly without any issues. He comes prepared with all tools and is skilled at his work. I really appreciate how dependable he was.

I will definitely be back for any locksmith needs.

Did a great job creating a new fob key for me about a week and a half ago from the basic non-electric metal key I had left after I lost the key with the chip/buttons. Took his time and made sure to insure that it performed as perfectly as possible. Would have gotten two done but it was getting late. He met me where I was that day (he's literally a locksmith with a shop on wheels) but he gave me his card and told me to give him a call and arrange a date/time to meet up at his physical place and he'd charge me less for the next one..I'm gonna hold him to that! I did some research in advance and my car's an '07 Honda, basic fob key. On average, a basic key fob can cost anywhere from $100 to $250 so my key was towards the upper end of that scale but not the max. I appreciate the fact that he came to where I was and performed the work onsight. Key works great.
